Jim Fiore


Jim Fiore has been one of the flooring industry’s top-performing Sales and Management professionals since 1987. Throughout his career, Jim has continued to amass success in all aspects of sales including account management, new business development, and strategic planning. He boasts an impressive track record for assembling and developing high performance sales teams delivering solid corporate growth.

Having worked with some of the leading hardwood, laminate, LVT, tile, and carpet companies, Jim has overseen sales strategies on both a manufacturing and distribution level, as well as buying groups and big box retail.

Jim joined the global flooring giant Samling USA in 2007 to launch the US BBOSS division with a strong focus on the growing private label market. His vision, proven track record, and in-depth business knowledge has helped Samling USA establish one of the countries most successful customer-branded programs.

Lynn Basinger


Lynn Basinger brings more than 25 years of strategic expertise to her new role as Director of Marketing and Brand Management at Samling USA. She is noted for leading both management and teams in new brand initiatives. Her international business and marketing experience includes marketing, brand management, and merchandising for national and private label brands. Her business acumen and impressive marketing skills help bridge both the business and creative aspects of branding for her clients.

Lynn joins Samling USA with a focus on innovative marketing strategies to build new brands and untapped revenue opportunities.

Henri Carr


A 42 year flooring industry veteran, Henri Carr has been a valued member of the Samling USA- BBOSS team since 2014. Henri’s extensive education and scope of experience ranges from installation, sales, product development, job-site supervision to inspections, training, and teaching.

The foundation of Henri’s professional growth has been ongoing education. He continues to build upon his knowledge of the latest products, manufacturing techniques, industry regulations, and installation trouble-shooting. He has received numerous certifications, including IFCI and NWFA for inspections and shares his knowledge teaching certification classes several times a year, training inspectors, claims personnel, and sales people.



Beckey Myers has been a member of the Samling USA team since 2014. As the Customer Service Specialist, Beckey acts as a trusted liaison between customers and Samling USA’s production department, ensuring that the lines of communication remain open and effective.

For over 15 years, Beckey brought lasting client relationships and an enhanced level of customer service to the companies she worked for. Because exceptional customer service is the foundation of Samling USA, Beckey’s experience and detail-oriented approach have been an important part of the company’s success.
